Sam Lofaso contacted us through Zillow when we were considering selling our home. Sam met with us very shortly after and explain the selling process to us. He was extremely professional and understanding. We explained we might sell on our own but after Sam explained the process and everything he does for us, we made the choice to go with him! We were also building a new home and did not have time to show the house, paperwork, keep up with bids, etc. Sam was amazing, he took care of all the work and helped us sell. We were able to focus our efforts elsewhere while he took care of the sale. Also, a small issue arose with our home and Sam took care of the issue eminently. He also made signing paperwork easy through online services and has his own small team to make the process more personal and easy to understand. We are very happy we got to work with Sam LaFaso and have already passed his info on to others!
